Vendor Registration Refund Policy

Financial Asset Services, Inc. ["FAS"] values your business and membership. Should you decide to terminate your membership, the notice of termination must be tendered within thirty (30) days after the billing period began by notifying FAS in writing, or via the FAS website. As a result, you will be entitled to a full refund. However, be advised that access to the FAS website will be terminated immediately.

If you do not terminate your membership within thirty (30) days after the billing cycle begins, you will not be entitled to a refund. Your access to the FAS website as well as your membership will continue until the next billing date.

FAS does not provide partial-annual (prorated) refunds.

Pre-Paid Appraisal Refund Policy

Refunds will not be provided once an order has been completed. If an order can not be completed, a credit for the full amount of the order will be issued. Orders that are cancelled after order placement and/or property inspection may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Credit Card Refunds

All credit card purchases will be refunded back to the original credit card that services were purchased on.

Policy Changes

FAS reserves the right to modify or amend this Policy at any time. In the event of a change, the change(s) will be posted immediately to the FAS website.
